Transformation Mandate

By proposal

A principal attends your operating review for a defined quarter, with a written non-goals list. Used when the room has already been through a programme and the risk is backsliding, not ignorance.

  • Typical starting point: one day per fortnight
  • Not a body-shop for project managers
  • Ends on a date, not “until transformation is done”
